All homeowners need to log on to the new Town & Country portal to set up their accounts. Your HOA dues payment can be made on this site.

How to get started:

1. Visit https://townandcountrypropertymgmt.appfolio.com/connect and click Request Access to the Portal at the bottom of the page. 
2. Fill in the fields with your information: name, phone, and email.
3. You’ll receive an email with a link to your personal, secure Online Portal.
4. Create a password and gain access to the easiest, fastest, and most secure way to pay dues.
5. The Online Portal does not update account balances until the 17th of each month. If you login onto the portal before the 17th, your account balance may show that you have nothing to pay or a balance that has not been updated.
