Orchard Farms Edit page

Located at the intersection of Batesville Road and Roper Mountain Road, Orchard Farms is convenient to Woodruff Road, Pelham Road, Highway 14, and Interstate 85. 

Construction began around 1994 with three distinct sections... Arbor Walk, Baker's Garden, and Carriage Place.  The plans for Carriage Place and street layout changed before completion and was modified to include The Courtyard section.  You can see evidence of this change on Paloro Place where it dead-ends just after Candor Place.

Among the many amenities at Orchard Farms, residents enjoy the Junior Olympic pool, work out room, lighted tennis courts (one marked for pickle ball), and clubhouse centrally located on a ten acre recreation area.  This area also includes a  baseball field, soccer field, volleyball court, basketball goals, and a playground. You will need to contact our community manager to schedule pool pass and key pick-up. 

The neighborhood is currently zoned for the following public schools.

- Oakview Elementary
- Beck International Academy
- J.L. Mann High School

The Orchard Farms Gators Swim Team competes each summer in the SAIL Swim League.  The team involves not only the young people participating, but many families as well. 

Our community is home to a wide-range of residents from young families to empty nesters and retirees.
